Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel good about what you’ve ordered, so if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. Just make sure the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To get started, send us an email at hello@lsaclothing.com.au and we’ll guide you from there. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, let us know straight away. We’ll sort it out quickly and make things right.
When to Expect Your Refund
Once your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to check it over, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers might take a little longer on their end.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since you sent it back and you still haven’t seen your refund, get in touch at hello@lsaclothing.com.au and we’ll follow it up.
